Festival Crowd | Village of Shorewood Parks and Recreation

Welcome to  Shorewood Parks and Recreation

With 16 Parks situated on over 140 acres of land, the Village of Shorewood takes having fun very seriously!

Whether you are looking for biking or running trails, softball diamonds, an 18 hole Disc Golf Course, playgrounds or tennis courts, we have a park for you.  If you are a kayak enthusiast or an angler with hopes of catching “The Big One”, the beautiful DuPage River is waiting for you with multiple access points in our Parks. And if you are looking for fun Festivals, informative classes and Family Friendly Events, you are definitely in the right place.

Our goal is to  provide diverse year-round leisure opportunities through the preservation of open space, park settings, recreational programs and special events for the citizens of Shorewood and our visiting neighbors.

To find out more about recreational offerings in Shorewood or stay in touch with us via newsletter, text message or social media, follow the links on the right side of this page. If we can assist you in any way, please call or send us a message. We will be happy to help!
