Payment Options
Customers may pay their Utility bills:
- In person at the Village Hall during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
- Mail in your payment to: Shorewood Municipal Utilities, One Towne Center Blvd., Shorewood, IL 60404
- Place in the Drive-up drop box at the rear of the Village Hall, One Towne Center Blvd. Shorewood, IL 60404
- Utilize the Direct Debit Program
- Utilize our online bill payment option
Direct Debit Program
The Village has a direct debit program for payment of Shorewood Utility bills. The required authorization agreement may be obtained at the Village Hall or may be downloaded from our Forms page. A voided check indicating the bank account that is to be debited must be attached to the signed form. Direct Debit must be activated prior to a billing and the Village requires at least 30 days prior to a change in a direct debit bank account. The transaction will appear on your monthly bank statement and you will continue to receive Utility Bills from the Village indicating "Auto-withdrawal Do Not Pay". Call 815-725-2150 x 32.
Online Bill Pay
Village Utility customers may pay their bills online with a Visa or MasterCard. Online Users will be asked to set up an account on a secure site where they may access usage history, request an ebill, and make payments.
