The Village conducts Utility Billing on a monthly basis.  Inquiries regarding your water, sewer, and refuse bill or payment should be directed to the Finance Department by calling 815-725-2150 X 32 during the normal business hours 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
