 In an effort to better serve the needs of all Will County Residents, Will County Emergency Management Agency has been working to develop a Special Needs Registry Program.  As a pre-planning tool, the Special Needs Registry should be considered strongly for all people who have special medical needs or physical disabilies that would make it difficult for them during emergencies.  Learn more
