Garbage and Recycling Information
NOTICE: Garbage service will be delayed one day for for the New Years Holiday. Therefore garbage service will not be on Tuesday but it will be on Wednesday January 4th, 2012.
As of January 1, 2012 all electronic items will be banned from landfills.

Garbage is picked up every Tuesday . Please have all of your refuse and yard waste materials out for collection by 6:00 AM on that date.
Recycling is picked up every other week. See links below for a schedule for your area of town.

Don't forget to RECYCLE! If your house was occupied before, they should have left the recycling bin for you. If they didn't, please call the Waste Management. Additional bins can be purchased from Waste Management by calling 1-800-796-9696.
All yard waste (grass clippings, branches, leaves, etc.) must be separated from household refuse and is collected by a separate truck. Yard waste is picked up from April 1st - Nov. 30th. All yard waste must be in biodegradable kraft bags or lawn waste totes that can be purchased from Waste Management. Plastic biodegradable bags and regular paper grocery bags are not acceptable. Appliance pick-up is an extra charge.
