Newspaper and Cable Access Channels

Besides looking on this web site, you can keep informed of various Village news and activities by reading The Shorewood Sentinel. This weekly newspaper is delivered free to your home or business on Wednesdays. If you have suggestions for articles, a letter to the editor, a photo for an engagement, wedding or anniversary, a classified or display ad, etc..., please put it in the drop box located in the lobby of the Village Hall. The deadline is Thursday at 4:30 PM for publication the following Wednesday.

Shorewood's Community Cable Channel 6 is another avenue for information. Village Board meetings are televised live on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday, and various announcements (such as Parks and Recreation activities, Crossroad's Festival events, and public notices [such as outdoor watering restrictions, fire hydrant flushing, etc...]) are shown regularly throughout each day.
