Reservations for use of park pavilions may be done up to one year in advance of the date of your event. For example, if you want a park shelter on July 1, 2025, you may reserve it on July 1, 2024. As a general reminder, the park season runs from April through October. Registration opens January 1 for Shorewood Residents and March 16 for non-Residents. Depending on the weather, water and Splash Pads may not be available at the beginning or end of the park season.
You may reserve a shelter in-person at the Shorewood Village Hall, One Towne Center Blvd. All paperwork and payment made in full are due to the Village of Shorewood at least 7 business days prior to the desired reservation date. Fee range is shown on registration form. The village shall have at least 3 business days after receiving a permit request to review the application. Approved permits will be mailed by U.S.P.S unless otherwise stated.
Pavilions are available to be reserved for 4-hour time blocks. Should you require a reservation exceeding 4 hours, you will be charged a rate of $15.00 per additional hour. Pavilion rental does not infer rental of the park itself. All of Shorewood's parks, play structures and Splash Pads remain open to the public at all times. Pavilion rental provides exclusive use of the pavilion only.
