The Village of Shorewood recently adopted a 2023 Comprehensive Plan that addresses the Village’s needs for housing, commercial areas, industrial uses, and economic development. The plan also includes a 2023 Parks & Recreation Master Plan.

Village Board Meetings Live Broadcast
Village Board meetings are televised live at 7 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. A re-run of the last meeting is available at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily.

Village Board meetings can also be viewed on Shorewood Community Cable Television (SCCTV).

Voting
Village residents may register to vote at the Village Hall on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  To be eligible to register to vote, a person must:

  • Be a U.S. Citizen
  • Be 18 years of age by the date of the next election
  • Reside in the precinct 30 days prior to the next election
  • Show two forms of identification

Two forms of identification are required and one must show the current residence address and provide proof of age
